Afroze Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed is a board certified surgeon whose services focus on a wide array of general surgery procedures, upper endoscopies, and colonoscopies. She is accomplished in general, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries with a focus on gastrointestinal and colonic disease, hernias, gallbladder pathology, as well as skin and soft tissue conditions. She has a background in Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor which helped pioneer her vision of becoming a general surgeon after attending medical school at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She is an avid believer in maintaining a commitment to the patient with both compassion and empathy alongside surgical integrity.
